Lanier Therapy in Motion is excited to offer pool therapy available at convenient appointment times. The neutral buoyancy and smooth resistance of water provides a unique and safe environment for promoting range of motion, muscle strengthening and endurance, movement control, coordination, functional skills, and cardiovascular conditioning while minimizing the stress applied to your joints The water’s constant temperature of 86 degrees makes it relaxing and soothing to muscles and joints. Swimming skills are not needed to participate in our rehabilitation programs. This makes our program enjoyable and beneficial for people of all ages.
